- Actually get sleep the night before.
- Jot down and practice your poses in advance. For like two weeks.
- Look up other dancers and through old pieces for poses which inspire you
- Keep water or Gatorade handy. Or whatever energy drink you prefer
- Keep all your makeup, jewelry and costumes in one place- a few days early though. Things will get crazy and it will give you a lot of peace of mind
- Don’t be nervous. Have faith in yourself. This is what you’ve trained for.
