Tips for a fabulous photoshoot

  1. Actually get sleep the night before.
  2. Jot down and practice your poses in advance. For like two weeks.
  3.  Look up other dancers and through old pieces for poses which inspire you
  4. Keep water or Gatorade handy. Or whatever energy drink you prefer
  5. Keep all your makeup, jewelry and costumes in one place-  a few days early though. Things will get crazy and it will give you a lot of peace of mind
  6. Don’t be nervous. Have faith in yourself. This is what you’ve trained for.
